Warranty

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Period

The Warranty Period starts from the Date of Purchase of the MUGNIER® timepiece and ceases upon expiration of the period. Your Warranty Certificate, fully and correctly completed by an authorised MUGNIER® office, serves as your Proof of Purchase.

2. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

The Warranty does not cover any of the following:

  1. normal wear and tear
  2. leather strap deterioration
  3. mishandling or damage caused as a result of being serviced by an agency not authorised by MUGNIER®.
  4. lack of care as defined under “Watch Care” in the MUGNIER® Manual

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

a. How to make a Warranty Claim
In the unlikely event of a defect, please send your MUGNIER® timepiece to your nearest QNET office along with the corresponding Warranty Certificate.

b. Defects Under Warranty
In the case of defects covered by the warranty, your timepiece will be repaired by our authorised service partners free of charge. If work is done under warranty, MUGNIER® or its service partners may charge for postage and insurance.

The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the timepiece by any person not duly authorised by MUGNIER® or its representatives.

4. End of Warranty Period

MUGNIER® remains at your disposal for the repair and maintenance of your timepiece with corresponding charges.
